The Students not Suspects tour was jointly co-hosted in October 2015 by the NUS Black Students' Campaign, NUS Welfare Zone, Defend the Right to Protest, UCU and FOSIS.

The tour brought together students, academics, families of those killed in state custody and victims of counter-terrorism law to discuss how to combat the various ways in which the state is securitising and encroaching on our campuses and communities.

The initial leg of the tour travelled across
London - King's College London
Midlands - Birmingham University
Wales - Swansea University
North - Manchester University
Scotland - Strathclyde University
