Apart from the method I describe here, you can use the following method as well.
To add horizontal geometry points as a label in the profile in Civil 3D, you can follow these steps:
Open the profile view in which you want to add the labels.
Go to the "Annotate" tab in the ribbon.
Click on the "Add Labels" button in the "Labels" panel.
In the "Add Labels" dialog box, select the "Horizontal Geometry Points" option from the "Label Type" dropdown menu.
Choose the label style you want to use from the "Label Style" dropdown menu.
Under the "Options" tab, select the alignment type you want to use for the labels (either "Above" or "Below").
Click on the "OK" button to close the dialog box and add the labels to the profile view.
The horizontal geometry points labels will now appear in the profile view, aligned either above or below the horizontal geometry points. You can customize the appearance of the labels further by modifying the label style you selected in step 5.
