In 1985, PBS in partnership with ABC came out with an initiative called Project Literacy US or PLUS. It was a campaign to help combat the growing problem of adult illiteracy. In 1992, the same initiative came out with this PSA with Stephen King about local libraries. I don't know what's more scary, Stephen's goofy smile or the sudden jump scare at the beginning?
