In this video, you will see how to convert latitude and longitude to decimals or DMS (Degrees, Minutes & Seconds) for bulk data.
I have used a simple script in the Google Sheet to convert the lat long to DMS. You can copy the link into your Google account and convert the lat long data to DMS in bulk.
The Google Sheet has two worksheets. In the first worksheet, you need to copy the latitude and longitude in column A separated by a comma, and you will get the DMS lat long in column C and column D.

Some people may have the lat long data in two columns; for that, you can use the seconds worksheet. It has two separate columns for latitude and longitude, and after the conversion to decimals, you will get the DMS Latitude data in column C and the DMS Longitude data in column D.

When you run the macros for the first time, you need to authorize the script. The script is completely safe to run. It doesn't send any data to anywhere. You can view the code by clicking on the 'Apps Script' option under the 'Extensions' menu.
