Agriculture officials insists the African Swine Fever in Bulacan and Rizal can be considered an outbreak but not an epidemic. They add, the outbreak is "managed, contained and controlled". But it seems more dead animals suspected to have died of the disease turned up in bodies of water. Since last week dozens of dead pigs have been found in Bulacan and two more surfaced today.
