In this yoga tutorial, Claire walks you through Warrior 1, one of yoga's most ubiquitous poses. Warrior 1 is a great pose for building core and leg strength, stretching the hip flexors, and opening the shoulders and upper back. Warrior 1 is a difficult pose to hold correctly for a long period of time, but Claire will teach you the proper technique to build mindfulness, flexibility, and core strength, as well as easing the experience of transitioning into Warrior 2 to make it a more blissful practice.
