Over the weekend I picked up this ginkgo tree. You can see since it already has a decent amount of leaves that it has obviously come out of dormancy.

Which leads me to the reason I’m making this video today.

I have a question for everyone out there.

Should I change out this soil, which looks to be a potting soil or some other type of garden soil, and change it out for some bonsai soil? Or should I wait until early next spring to repot it?

Is it to late for a repot with fresh soil? Or do you think it can handle the soil change?

Any suggestions would be amazing. Thanks so much!
