SHOTLIST
- SOUNDBITE (Polish) Aleksandra Cholewa, District Prosecutor's Office in Bolesławiec: "The accident happened today around 5 a.m. The accident involved six vehicles. Intensive investigation is underway to determine the actual course of the incident. One person died in the accident, while one person was injured and taken to a hospital in Boleslawiec."
- SOUNDBITE (Polish) Driver: "At this point it's probably thawed, but in the morning, even the police officers were tipping over here in the cars. Such was the ice. So, it's bad. Someone just didn't make sure to come over here, to check (the circumstances). Now one could say that the drivers did not adjust their speed to the conditions. But even the police themselves were tipping over on their feet, so was that a real issue here?"
