Make this delicious and easy to make salad using chicken, turkey, tuna or even fried tofu. It's so creamy and flavorful, you'll be impressed!

💥 Chicken Salad Ingredients:3-4 servings
2 chicken breasts
1 1/4 large onion
3 carrots
3 bay leaves
1 bell pepper
5-6 small pickles (used gherkins)
1 tbsp fresh dill (or dried dill)
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1-2 tsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil for cooking

3 inch food mold (optional)

💥 Chicken Salad Instructions:
1. In a medium pot, add chicken breasts, onion, carrot, bay leaves, water and boil until chicken is cooked. Cut the cooked chicken in bite size pieces and set aside. You can also use leftover turkey, roasted chicken, canned tuna and cooked tofu.
2. Slice onion and carrots thinly. Cut bell pepper in small size.
3. In a fry pan, cook onion, carrots and bell peppers until soft.
4. Dice pickles in small pieces.
5. Chop fresh dill.
6. In a mixing bowl, add chicken, cooked vegetable, pickles, fresh dill, mayonnaise, dijon mustard and mix until well incorporated. Salt and pepper to taste.
7. Plate the salad. I used 3 inch food mold, simply pack in the salad and release the food mold.
