The WiHoo Stroller Fan is a pretty decent battery operated mini fan you can attach to any horizontal rail. It has three speeds and at the highest speed it's pretty quiet. The feet seem decently well designed and what I really like is the ability to recharge the fan directly with a USB-A to USB-C cable.
