This was a special charter flight coming in swiftly (lol) from Miami with a set of new semester students for the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine where students do a 1 or 2 years on the island then return to the US. Any one coming into the island on charter flights has to do a mandatory 14 day quarantine for COVID-19. All those buses can be seen waiting on the apron to take the students to there quarantine facility.
