The Annual Designers Gala which was held on 23rd June 2018 by Incessant Welfare Society Nagaland which also runs IWSN Training Centre in Purana Bazaar, Dimapur, Zion Hospital Road, Nagaland providing Skills training for cutting Tailoring , fashion designing, computer education, beauty and wellness and Electrical for upliftment of youths of Nagaland.

The society also promotes the talents of there designer by organizing fashion week Nagaland where they can show their talents and hard works to the media and public.

The society also gives chance to upcoming singers and artist of Nagaland to show their talents in a huge events organized by our institute.

Mister International India Opang Jamir was the special guest of the event where he deliver the speech on self sustain and self employment.

Keren Sumi was the Special Guest of the evening where She Delivers the Speech to encroach the youths by her pleasing words. Azungla Imsong the Organizer and the Administrator of the Institute Deliver her Beautiful speech where she address the way she struggle and become successful to open such a big institute in Nagaland.
