The Buganda Road Magistrates' Court has adjourned the case of incitement to violence against the RTD Col. Dr Kiiza Besigye and Samuel Walter Lubega Mukaku to the 2nd of September 2022 to allow the Prosecution to disclose evidence it intends to use against the accused persons and their lawyers. The Grade One Magistrate Asuman Muhumuza made the decision following a request from Prosecutor Ivan Kyazze, who also applied for a Criminal summons to be issued against Samuel Lubega Mukaku who didn't show up in Court.
