Hon Peter Dunne, New Zealand's Associate Minister for Health responsible for the drug portfolio, addresses a seminar at the NZ Drug Foundation offices in Wellington on Tuesday 23 February. The 'A new deal: changing approaches to drugs in 2016' seminars were held in the lead up to the UN General Assembly Special Session on the world drug problem, and explored new directions for drug policy in 2016 and beyond.
