ODM leader Raila Odinga has assured aspirants, who lost in party nominations, that they will be considered if NASA forms the next government. Raila, who admits irregularities and blames the shambolic nominations on weaknesses within the political parties and lack of funding, says both the National Elections Board and the aspirants should share blame for the outcome. He assured those, who won but are yet to receive their certificates, that they will get them and rallied ODM members to support his presidential bid.
