2. Shradh Ceremony: Perform the Shradh ceremony on a designated day during Pitru Paksha. Offer cooked rice, food, and other items as offerings to your ancestors.

3. Feeding the Poor: Many people choose to feed the poor and needy during this time as a way to earn merit for their ancestors.

4. Pind Daan: Offer rice balls with black sesame seeds on banana leaf to your ancestors on Sarva Pitru Amavasya that is the last day of Pitru Paksha.
