London based/Derry born jazz guitarist Joseph Leighton has been described as one of the most exciting talents to emerge on the Irish Jazz Scene. He has toured to countries such as Jamaica, Egypt and Vietnam to name but a few to play concerts as a leader and sideman.

He is excited to bring this new quartet featuring the renowned saxophonist Meilana Gillard who has worked with musicians such as Charli Persip and Christian McBride before deciding to settle down and base her career out of Northern Ireland. She is praised by critics for her passionate and fiery story-telling improvisations and her robust tone which has been said to recall modern masters Joe Lovano and Branford Marsalis as well as legacy-masters such as Sonny Rollins, Joe Henderson, and Dexter Gordon. In 2019 she formed the collective RBG Trio with two of Ireland's top-call artists Dave Redmond and Kevin Brady.
