Another leg exercise home gym hack utilizing the Rep Fitness Ares, a leg roller (I prefer REP's), and an ankle strap cable attachment! The ankle strap attachment can be any brand but I'm using and HIGHLY recommend the @thenordstick OmniStrap Pro as they're basically the TANK of ankle straps 💪
Here's how to set it up:
Install a leg roller at a comfortable height allowing you to drape one leg over while keeping the other one grounded, put on and connect your ankle strap to one end of a piece of extension chain, cord, strap, etc and attach the other end to the lower pulley inline with the roller, select your desired weight, throw your leg over the roller, and start demolishing your quad!
In my opinion, this exercise is highly effective and requires minimal setup time! Definitely worth checking out if you're able!
