Recipe:
6-8 chocolate bars, I used 3 dark chocolate, 3 white chocolate and 2 milk chocolate bars (use dairy-free ones if on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet)

Topping:
(gluten-free) gingerbread cookies
optional: sprinkles

1. Place the chocolate bars on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Melt them in the oven at 50 Celsius degrees / 120 F for 10- 15 minutes
2. Make swirls with a cocktail stick
3. Add your toppings
4. Let the chocolate set overnight in the fridge
5. Then just break it up into pieces and enjoy!
6. To give as gifts put the chocolate pieces in cellophane bags and tie with a pretty ribbon🎁
