Chad hurt his back in a battle royale with a random hacker. What horrible luck! Now he has to go on crutches and try to heal and get better. Since Daniel is bad and joined the ex-stalker group, the Nasal Gang consisting of Horse Radish, The Leak, Chef Crouton, and his secret crush girlfriend Alie, he hacked the Project Zorgo leader's mask. Inside was a folder containing "Chad's Super Secret". For some reason, Chad makes funny sounds every time he tries to reveal his secret! Is he lying? What is he hiding from? This makes Vy so angry and she feels like she wants to break up with him! She even took off her wedding ring because her husband is making me so sad. Chad tried to sing a song and make a music video to tell his secret. He even tried to do a drawing challenge but failed! Regina and Melvin come up with a plan to make Vy and Chad fall in love again!
The Spy Ninjas have just sneaked their way into Nasal Gang's hideout and they see they Horseradish is getting Daniel to put on the leader's gloves! Also, they are trying to Transfer Chad's secret and all the other information off of the old Project Zorgo leader's mask and on to a new mask!
The Spy Ninjas busted into Daniel's team's hideout! The place with crazy hackers from Project Zorgo! Vy and Regina are trapped but Melvin made it out. Chad, melvin, and the Cloaker infiltrate the bad guys' warehouse, barely avoiding being seen and taking out bad guys along the way. During their mission, they see Daniel has the new leader's mask in his hand! The Spy Ninjas decide they need to get the mask too. It is too powerful and also has Chad's secret on it!
