Today, we explored the Ruins of Alcatraz. The ruins can be found in Brgy. Culasi, Sitio Nipa in Roxas City, Capiz. They are remnants of the supposedly resort to be built by Bermejo family. Unfortunately, it was unfinished and abandoned after a typhoon hit. The ruins received its name after showing resemblance to the infamous island jail in San Francisco Bay in the United States.
