400g noodles
400~500ml water

8 tbsp gochujang
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
* Cooking directions *
.Mix the seasonings well
.Add 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds and mix well
.Make egg wash with 2 eggs
.Make a thin omelette
.Boil 400ml water, 400g noodles, for 4 minutes
.Rinse immediately in cold water and divide
.Slice 1/4 pear thinly and cut thinly again
.Make an omelette thinly slice
.Slice 1 small cucumber thinly and slice thinly again
.Add 250g minced meat, 1Tbsp garlic, 1tsp pepper, and 1Tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry

.Place 1 serving of noodles in a bowl and arrange cucumber, pear, egg, and stir-fried meat on top of the noodles
.Add 3~4 spoons of seasoning sauce
