The Play Store app on Google TV is hidden away from the “Apps” tab. So, you'll not find a dedicated Play Store shortcut on the home screen. However, you still use the Play Store to install apps on Google TV, but not in the typical way.
To launch the Play Store app on Google TV, you have to give a command to Google Assistant or dive into various menus and sub-menus. In this video, I show step-by-step how to access the full Play Store app on Google TV.
