Die zweite von mehreren kurzen Präsentation unseres AS Compact Crushers im Einsatz direkt vor Ort bei unterschiedlichen Kunden mit unterschiedlichen Gegebenheiten vor Ort, wie zum Beispiel was der Kunde für Materialien in seinen Fermenter füttert.
Effiziente mechanische Substrataufbereitung
Die schöne Idee – dass eine Biogasanlage mehr Gas erzeugen kann, wenn die Rohstoffe richtig aufbereitet werden – ist nicht neu. Allerdings die Frage ob und wie sich das rechnet, ist Top-Aktuell. Aussagen wie „30 % mehr Biogas mit unserer Substrataufbereitung“ sind die Slogans vieler Hersteller von Zerkleinerungsanlagen die ihre Technik auf unterschiedlichen Veranstaltungen vorstellen. Der eigentliche Hintergrund ist immer identisch: Mit einer stattfindenden Vorzerkleinerung der unterschiedlichen Substrate sollen die Bakterien im Anaerob-System schneller und intensiver an Inhaltsstoffe aus dem Substrat durch verbesserten Aufschluss gelangen.
In der Zukunft werden die Beimengungen bei Biogasanlagen weg vom Mais, und mehr in Richtung z.B. Gras/GPS/Landschaftspflege und Mist gehen. Dadurch wird die Belastung der Fermenter in Bestandsanlagen deutlich größer. Schon seit Jahren zeigen sich nach der Trockenheit bei vielen Anlagen Probleme mit der Vergärung bei der Futterernte.
Des Weiteren können durch den AS Compact Crusher weitere Probleme gelöst werden wie ein zu dicker Fermenter, die daraus resultierende Überlastung der Rührwerke und der Aufbau von Schwimmschichten.
Der Crusher findet seinen Einsatz nicht nur im Biogas-Bereich sondern ist auch hilfreich beim Gülle-Endlager. Hier kann er ebenso zur Verflüssigung des Materials beitragen, was dem unter Umständen eingesetztem Separator zu Gute kommt, das Material kann besser und leichter gepumpt werden und es kann ebenso Schwimmschichten bzw. Ablagerungen vorgebeugt werden, durch die bessere Homogenität des Materials.
Besonderheiten des AS Compact Crusher
Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Techniken, die mit dem Prinzip Messer/Gegenschneide arbeiten und mit den daraus resultierenden Folgen (hohem Verschleiß und höherer Verstopfungsgefahr) rechnen müssen, arbeitet der AS Compact Crusher als sog. Häcksler unter Zuhilfenahme der Kavitation.
