Here's a quick way to replace an old, failing class 2 composite. The working steps are always the same: isolate, drill, (!!! check the distal of the neighbouring tooth !!!), sandblast, bonding, turn class 2 to class 1 cavity, short fiber reinforced composite dentin, cusp-by-cusp enamel layering and voila!!!
