Chettinad Prawn Masala!
Ingredients:
Prawn – 300 Gram
Onion – 100 Gram
Tomato – 100 Gram
Ginger Garlic Paste – 50 Gram
Aniseed – 50 Gram
Cinnamon – 25 Gram
Curd – Needed Amount
Turmeric Powder – 15 Gram
Chilli Powder – 25 Gram
Salt – Needed amount
Oil – Needed amount
Curry leaves – Needed amount
Coriander Leaves - Needed amount
Lemon - 1
Method:
Take a pan add Cinnamon seeds, aniseeds roast it till it becomes golden brown. Now add chopped onions and Ginger Garlic paste then add Chopped tomatoes, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Salt with little water now cook it all together till it becomes a thick gravy. Then add 1 ½ TSPN of curd to the gravy Finally add the prawns. Then add fresh curry leaves over the Masala. Now the chettinadu Prawn masala is ready. Garnish it with sliced Lemon and Coriander leaves.
