Probably the world’s easiest bbq chicken sandwich 😂 .
Start by cutting your chicken thighs into bite size pieces and toss them with red onions, olive oil and sweet bbq seasoning. I’m using my new @webergrills Slate griddle set for high heat for about 10 minutes.
Towards the end, add your favorite bbq sauce, sriracha, and some cheese. Continue cooking until the cheese is nice and melty and assemble your sandwiches with toasted mini French rolls from @turanobread .
