Instead of always deciding between “good” or “bad” you can learn how ALL foods fit in a healthy eating routine and what to choose based on the situation!
In this situation, I’m on a road trip. I want to feel full, I want that fullness to last, and I want something that will satisfy. I’m also thinking ahead and know I’m going to be eating out, doing more Experience Eating when I’m away, so I rather get in more nutrition now — ‘balance’ if you will 😉
This is practical eating. 💡
No crazy cravings for anything. Eating more so to “get the job done”
