The Supreme Court of India has issued critical guidelines for the family courts for determining alimony in divorce cases. On Thursday the Supreme Court while hearing the divorce case of Praveen Kumar Jain and Anju Jain, stated that alimony decisions should consider multiple factors. BJP MP Tejasvi Surya expressed deep sorrow over Subhash's death, describing it as "extremely unfortunate."
