A 45 minute full body workout with heavy focus on shoulders. Option for a heavy and light set of weights. We will sculpt our body by activating our muscles through planks, half burpees, stability/core work, squats, small cardio bursts and a little yoga to connect our movements.
You are capable and strong to make it through; however you need to modify or intensify your practice, please do so!
