My very first CATCH N COOK I hope yall enjoy it! Decided to go fish the Texas City flood gate for some trout with live shrimp under a popping cork. On the first big ol shrimp I did a few casts before it was picked up by a 19" speckled trout. After that the bite just died off and the current started rushing into the Texas City bay. Since I only caught one and not a limit of trout, I decided to take it home and make my famous dish of speckled grilled trout with some white rice. I hope y'all enjoy my first catch n cook in my channel.
