Brooke is charmed when Nick shaves his beard to win a date with her. Meanwhile, Ridge tells Eric that Brooke can’t trust him after what happened with Bridget. Eric points out to Ridge his fault in the growing relationship between Brooke and Nick. Ridge agrees and decides the only way to win Brooke back is to sweep her off her feet. Still unaware of the other’s true identity, Macy confides in Deacon about her marriage. Deacon admits he can relate because he was a rotten husband. Despite his admission, Macy encourages Deacon to spend time with his children.
