Brooklyn-based selector Lee Major will represent Earth Ruler as the third guest for VP Records' monthly series, Soundman Sessions, broadcast live on YouTube.com/VPRecords on Saturday, April 3, from 12-3 EDT. The series features selectors with significant soundsystem history in New York and beyond.

Like Downbeat The Ruler and Puma from LP International, who were guests on the first two editions of the series, Earth Ruler has been a major force in the reggae and dancehall clash scene in New York City and beyond. Calling Brooklyn home and having emerged during the apex of the New York dancehall scene of the early 1990s, Earth Ruler has threads in North Carolina, Florida, and Jamaica. Earth Ruler has toured extensively on the East & West Coasts of the U.S., as well as Canada, Jamaica and other Caribbean Islands. The current crew includes Lee Major, Scorpion, Panta, Mariwana (Flamez), Gilly, Katta, and DJ Blu.
