- 3 medium-sized Russet Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil to grease the Potatoes
1) Peel the Potatoes, Slice them in half lengthwise. Now slice each half into thin wedges. (Watch the Video for a Visual)
2) Toss Potatoes with Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil, and Parmesan Cheese.
3) Cook the Potato Wedges in Air Fryer at 180C or 350F for 25 minutes, tossing midways at the15-minute mark.
4) Serve Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
