If you've been thinking how to make Keema Rice then think no more, here is our Keema Rice recipe just like the Indian restaurant, so easy and quick to make guys. As I've mentioned before, the key the have a BIR dish is in the preparation so we take a lot of time preparing the food beforehand, so when it comes to serving/making the dishes to order we can do it quickly and effectively without compromising the taste. This Keema rice took me less than 7mins to make as I had the pilau rice, marinated keema ready.

Ingredients
1/5 tsp ghee
1/5 tsp oil (you can just use oil if you want)
1-2 cloves garlic
2-3 tsp Finely chopped onion
Pinch of salt (to taste)
pinch of Fenugreek/Methi leaves
Approx 1 chef spoon of marinated mince lamb
Just under 0.5 tsp Mix currying Powder
you can add chilli powder if you want
you can add Finely chopped green chillies if you want
Some fresh coriander leaves
***TIP - if you dont have marinated keema then you can add fresh keema but increase mix curry powder, so I would use 1 tsp mix curry powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, ¼ chilli powder (to taste).
How to make Keema Fried Rice
add oil to pan then add chopped garlic, when golden brown add onions, salt and fenugreek leaves. after about 30 seconds add mince lamb and use spoon to separate the mince lamb. Once mince lamb is cooked, add mix curry powder. Cook spice for 30seconds and then add rice and fresh coriander, keep on high heat and stir for couple of minutes and then your keema pic is ready to enjoy.
