Today I just received the Captains of Crush Trainer Gripper. I already had the No 1 and No 2 but they are a bit challenging to say the least. I had to humble myself and drop the resistance down so that I had something that I could successfully train with for reps. This one is not easy but doable for e and will probably be something that I travel with to be ale to continue my grip training wherever I go and whenever I want.
