Now, according to latest reports, NCB Zonal Director, Sameer Wankhede, once headed the customs department at the Mumbai airport where he interrogated many celebrities. In July 2011, he had stopped Shah Rukh Khan and interrogated him for hours at the Mumbai airport. Shah Rukh Khan was fined INR 1.5 lakh for carrying excess luggage.
