This video shows you how to install new TRQ sway bar links on your 1999-2005 Volkswagen Jetta. Sway bar links connect the sway bar (stabilizer bar) to other suspension components. They have a movable joint that can be damaged or wear out over time. When that happens, the joints get loose, and rattle.
This repair was done on a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L Wagon 4-Door FWD Manual and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
