Ingredients:
Tinned Tuna fish - 500 gms
Onions - 2 big sized
Tomatoes - 2 medium sized
Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 5 chopped
Green chilly - 4 chopped
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera/Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Instructions:
1, Heat oil in a pan.
2, Add mustard and cumin seeds
3, After it splutters add garlic
4, Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.
5, Add chopped onions and salt and saute them until it becomes translucent.
6, Add ginger & garlic paste and saute until the raw smell leaves.
7, Add tomatoes and cook until they become mushy.
8, Add turmeric powder, coriander powder & chilly powder.
9, Cook for 2 minutes then add fish chunks and saute well.
10, Adjust salt according to your taste
11, Cover with lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
12, Switch off the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves.
