Seven-year-old Madison Keffer has so many temper tantrums that she leaves her parents walking on eggshells. She is such a perfectionist that if anything is not up to her immaculate standards, she has a total meltdown. Madison's two-year-old brother, Carter, is unsurprisingly beginning to imitate his sister's unacceptable behaviour. Emotionally distant Mum has learnt to ignore her children, and instead, she channels her energy into keeping the house sparkling clean. Nanny Deborah Carroll encourages both parents to reinstall respect and to stand firm with their children.
