Tennessee parents, teachers and advocates are taking over school board meetings across the state this September, pushing back against Tennessee's proposed state-funded universal school voucher program. The General Assembly failed to pass the measure last legislative session, but Governor Bill Lee says he's not giving up on the possibility of letting families have taxpayer money to send their kids to private school.
