2021 marks the 20th anniversary of the adoption of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) and the establishment of the Counter-Terrorism Committee. As part of the year of commemoration, CTED experts reflect on their work.
Jean-Philippe Morange, Senior Legal Officer at the Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED), coordinates a small team of professionals that work on border security, small arms trafficking, and law enforcement issues.
