A teenager has made a Twitter bot that displays the flight information of Elon Musk’s private jet. Elon isn’t actually happy about this calling it a security risk.
Musk offered teen $5K to shut down Twitter account. This is like him saying, here kid has a nickel. To be fair he did have an $11 billion tax bill.
Musk then offered the teen a free Telsa. Which he turned down. Saying $50,000 cash is his price.
Not sure how the kid worked out the going rate but I did some digging and it turns out Hedge funds are paying $100k to track private flights so they can predict M&As so I’m not sure if Elon knows this market as well as he thinks he does.
The data the bot displays are all publicly available, it just shares it to Twitter.
I’m guessing if he gets $50k from Elon he’ll just use the same code on Bezos next. I mean I would.
