Honey Raf - hot coffee beverage:
- 50 ml of espresso
- 100 ml of 11% cream
- teaspoon of honey
All components are mixed and then frothed as a cappuccino.
This exact recipe was introduced in Moscow around 1996, but the idea is not new - old Bialetti Cappuccino maker "Mukka Express" is using the same technique.
