To make head legendary you need tailoring or buy it from auction house and mats to make it are 55 Shrouded Cloth and 20 Enchanted Lightless Silk and 12 Orboreal Shard and to make ring for other legendary you need jewelcrafting to make it or in auction house and mats make it are 20 Shadowghast Ingot and 10 Essence of Rebirth and 10 Essence of Torment and 10 Orboreal Shard to make ring. Also I like to say big thanks to 2 of my mage friends that help me on how play fire mage and they are Preheat and Dustin or call him Mag you guys help me alot.
