Vikki works tirelessly to promote female access to football, particularly female refereeing.
She is a referee at the Women’s Premiership level, is a FIFA assistant, a Scottish FA Refereeing Youth Ambassador of Change and has introduced 12 young people as Youth Referee Ambassadors who she mentors.
There are only 120 female officials in Scotland, meaning Vikki’s ongoing work to increase access to opportunities is crucial for gender diversity and representation in the sport. She is a member of Equal Playing Field (EPF), a non-profit organisation who raise awareness of female football and challenge gender inequality in sport.
Vikki’s work with EPF has resulted in her being involved with playing two world record-breaking football matches for both the highest altitude (Tanzania) and lowest altitude (Jordan) games.
