Hi everyone, Kate here from the Safeguarding Association coming to you live on my breezy dog walk Today's my quarterly mastermind. And it's a really important day for me today where I get to reflect on my day I get to reflect on what I want to do wherever the business to be, where I want to be, whether it's a day where I, I get to help with the businesses, I get to help people have become my friends and really good friends at bat. And it made me think this, I will talk about what's happening in the world and in another post. It needs a lot more time than I can dedicate to it now and I'm still processing all of that. And what I don't know and with today being the day for me to reflect and to consider what I need to do. It's also a time for me to think about what I need to learn what I need to work on understanding what I need to work on. Building into my business, I'm building into my life. And I'd really love to know from you. How, how do you make your learning a priority? How do you work out what it is you you need to learn? How do you work out where your gaps are?
