Ghafar notes that pro-Israel lobby groups remain influential, but a staunchly pro-Israel generation of politicians is fading. He suggests that Harris, 22 years younger than Biden, will mostly continue his policies, despite criticising the genocide in Gaza and calling for Rafah's protection.
