Whatever you are going through, keep your eyes and worship fixed on the Lord. He is where your Help comes from. He is the source of your security. We can take comfort knowing our God never sleeps and always watches over us. I thank God for His continual guidance and love!

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—

where does my help come from?
