This is the piano solo version of my "Levi's Choice" cover, featured on my new anime album, Emotional Anime on Piano Vol. 2, linked above! I also linked the original piano & strings version that I did for this track.

Based on "ThanksAT", where Levi is faced with an incredibly difficult choice, to pick who lives and who dies. A pivotal moment from the manga that was absolutely incredible to see animated. It also closely resembles "T-KT", that is used in the final scene of S3.

I used a good deal of time to accurately transcribe this, you can play it in real time with the scene and the music matches up almost perfectly, I just have a few odd beats added for different reasons. But the sections and the melody is all the same. I extended the epic climax to transition into it's counterpart in "SymphonicSuite[AoT]Part2-2nd:ShingekiNoKyojin" which is Armin's orchestral fight OST from ep 5. They share that same climactic melody, as Armin dies/is reborn. The end contains some of "YouSeeBIGGIRL" or the Warrior leitmotif as I like to call it, as a callback to Bertholdt who dies in this scene. It's neat because intentionally or not, the melody shares a lot of the same notes and structure as this main motif. I put a lot of work into this, I know my string mixing isn't the best but I hope it manages to capture the original feels. Hope you enjoy it!
